Hold onto your iPhones, folks! Apple is back with a little "iPhone Button Shuffle" in its latest iOS 17. This software promises to be the most talked-about renovation of the iPhone's Phone app in recent memory.

Alongside dandy features like real-time voicemail transcriptions, "ring-ring selfies" for customizing the photos appearing when you dial fellow iPhone users, and an edgy, bold-font interface, Apple's throwing a curveball our way. Brace yourself!

The “End Call” button – our trusty friend – is packing its bags and relocating! It's journeying from its central residency to a hip new spot in the lower right-hand corner. This new "iPhone Button Shuffle" leaves the previous button's prestigious real estate sandwiched between a shiny FaceTime button and our dear old dial pad.

And, oh, the social media buzz! Long-term iPhone aficionados are anticipating some accidental FaceTimes, considering their trained fingers might miss the beat in this new shuffle. Retuning those muscles could be the next iPhone exercise challenge!

Currently, the iOS 17 is like that VIP club – exclusive, in beta, and only for the brave souls bug-hunting for Apple. The masses await its arrival this fall, just as the new iPhone models make their grand entrance.

History buffs might recall Apple's penchant for "button shuffling." Remember 2021? Safari got a little mischievous, playing with the URL bar's position in iOS 15's beta version. But, Apple (after perhaps a chuckle) did offer choices by the final release.

Curious about future button arrangements? Well, Apple's lips are sealed – no comments on any future shuffles or customizations.
