Company's Rights and Responsibilities

2. Service Disruptions: The Company is not liable for interruptions stemming from technical issues beyond its control, including Internet outages, software or hardware malfunctions, or other technological difficulties.

3. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for unforeseen events such as acts of government or legal authorities that disrupt our Services.

4. Content Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual properties related to the Services, including "infotrading.io" and "Dragonfly Project Management", belong to the Company or its partners. Unauthorized use or infringement of these properties is prohibited.
    

User Responsibilities and Profile Management
 

1. Profile Creation: To use specific functionalities, users might need to create a profile, requiring details like name, email, password, and phone number ("Profile Credentials"). Users may also sign in using Third Party Accounts like Facebook or Google+. Ensure that all information provided is accurate and genuine.

2. Profile Security: Users are responsible for keeping their login details, including email and password, secure. Immediate notification is required for any unauthorized access.

3. Multiple Profiles: Each user is allowed only one profile. The creation of multiple profiles is prohibited.

4. User Content: Any content shared by users on the platform is termed as "User Content". You retain all rights and responsibilities for your content. However, by submitting it, you grant the Company a nonexclusive license for its use and distribution.

5. Feedback: Feedback shared about the Services is non-confidential and may be used by the Company without restrictions.
    

Ad-free Service Option
 

1. Service Overview: In addition to our free Services, we may offer a premium version devoid of advertisements, referred to as "Ad-free Services".

2. Payments and Renewals: Payments for Ad-free Services are made through designated gateways. Prices might change at the Company's discretion. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the term ends.

3. Refunds: Charges for the Ad-free Services are non-refundable, unless legally mandated. For issues regarding mistaken charges, contact us within 60 days.

Legal and Compliance
 

1. Breach: Users agree to indemnify the Company against damages arising from any breach of these Terms or violations of laws and third-party rights.

2. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be settled in UK courts.

3. Disclosures: The Services are offered by Dragonfly Project Management Ltd., located at 71-75 Shelton Street WC2H 9JQ, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom.

4. Risk Disclosure: Leveraged foreign exchange transactions have inherent risks. Minor market changes can result in significant financial implications.

Miscellaneous Provisions

The omission by Dragonfly Project Management to enforce any right or to insist on performance under these Terms and Conditions, at any juncture, does not constitute a waiver or surrender of such right. Such omission will not diminish or impair Dragonfly Project Management's rights in the face of any subsequent breaches.

Dragonfly Project Management retains the discretion to update or modify these Terms and Conditions periodically. By continuing to utilize the Services following such modifications, you signal your recognition and acceptance of these revisions. The date of the most recent revisions will be indicated under the “Last Modified” heading.
